At Jets we have a team of specialised property managers who have over 40 years experience in residential lettings and property management to guide you through every step of the way with our expertise and professional approach, making the whole experience as easy as possible for you.

We visit you at your property, carry out a market appraisal/valuation and advise you on the realistic asking price, (taking market conditions and all aspects of the property into account).

The biggest concern for any prospective landlord is vetting tenants, this we do thoroughly; obtaining employer, character, previous landlord and financial references to ensure that we choose the right tenant for you.

We provide the Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement and ensure you are fully protected by the legally binding contract based on current housing acts.

Jets have authorised contractors who can assist you with the required gas safety certificates, EPC’s and electrical certificates – all of which are legal requirements. We contact the relevant utility companies to advise them of the tenant’s details and ensure that all accounts are placed into the names of the tenants on the day they move into the property.
